1. Services
- —We provide mobile detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coatings.
- —Mobile services are performed at the customer's provided location. Shop services are performed at our facility at 3021 S Valley View Blvd, Suite 207, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- —Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- —Customers must ensure access to the vehicle and adequate space for our team to work.
- —Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your 20% deposit is forfeited. However, you may reschedule with no additional deposit required.
Cancellation of Rescheduled Appointment
If you cancel a rescheduled appointment for any reason, the full price of the service will be charged. No exceptions.
3. Pricing & Payments
- —All prices are listed on our website or provided upon request.
- —A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- —Remaining balance is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- —We accept cash, credit/debit card, and online payments.
4. Satisfaction & Liability
- —We strive for the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.
- —We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or worn-out surfaces.
- —We are fully licensed and insured but are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control, including weather or customer-provided service areas.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- —Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
- —If a vehicle is excessively dirty (heavy stains, pet hair, biohazards), additional charges may apply. We will notify you before proceeding.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
